Kind, but strong

Kind and gentle as a dove. Courageous and strong as a lion.

Kindness means “the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.” And gentle, “having or showing a mild, kind, or tender temperament or character.”

Often these two characteristics are associated with weakness. Well, let me tell you something…

Did you know the strongest and most enormous Being in the world is also the kindest, most gentle of all?

He is so strong He defeated death itself! He is so gentle, He healed those who sought to kill Him, and loved those who hate Him.

Have courage and be kind

There’s a difference between being courageous and manipulating and intimidating people.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Ephesians 4:32 NIV
