Blueprint

Resting

The Lord of hosts has sworn (an oath), saying, “Just as I have intended, so it has certainly happened, and just as I have planned, so it will stand.” Isaiah 14:27 AMP

“The Lord Almighty has sworn, “Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen.” Isaiah 14:27 NIV

This verse really got my attention the moment I’ve read it for the first time! It totally changed my perspective on life and helped me in surrendering all at God’s feet.

I’ve realized that God has the blueprint of my whole existence, safely in His loving heart and caring hands.

I’ve realized that no matter the situation or circumstances, I now have the opportunity and privilege in KNOWING that “He’s got this!”  It is not my responsibility any more, but because I’ve surrendered all, I can now freely choose to go in His rest and by doing this, I “enable” God to be God.  

I’ve realized that for many years I was actually standing in God’s way by trying to figure life out.

God planned it, therefore it will be as planned.

God purposed it, therefore it will happen.

Thank you Lord that You are the predestined God and that we can go in Your rest knowing You are able, willing and faithful.  Amen
