A strong tower

The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous run to it and are safe.   Proverbs 18:10 NKJV

There is power in the name of Jesus and no other name is worthy of our praise.

The name of the Lord has great characteristics.  It is strength for those who are weak and gives protection to those who call on it.

For You have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.  Psalm 61:3 NIV

As believers we can proclaim the name of the Lord over all our circumstances as we overcome them by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimonies.  Please read Revelation 12:11.

Strong towers are build so that the watchmen can observe the enemy’s doings, and to act promptly against any attacks.

When we run to our Lord and call on His name, we are safe the hands of our Powerful and Almighty God.

“They will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you” says the Lord, “to deliver you.” Jeremiah 1:19
