When the Bible tells us to keep His commandments, the default thought is the law. Luckily this was not what was meant.
And now I give you a new commandment: love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

The commandment is not the law, but love.
And remember – we love because He first loved us. (1 John 4:19)
