but the gift of God is eternal life
in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Dead to self

die to self

John 12:24 (AMP)
I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone [just one grain, never more].  But if it dies, it produces much grain and yields a harvest.

All of us wants to contribute to the Kingdom of God.

It is only possible when we die  to self so that God can live through us.

God can only work through us when we don’t operate out of the flesh anymore. Therefore we need to die to self every day so that He can work and operated through us, using us as vessels in His kingdom.

Therefore we need to proclaim: “Less of me, more of you God.”

1 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the [a]ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; 2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he [b]meditates day and night. 3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the [c]rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. 4 The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind drives away. 5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. 6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish.
