We all go through a drought season in our lives at some point.
It could be a season of spiritual drought, or even a physical drought.
It is in times like these that we often tend to act out of fear, rather on focusing on God’s word, His faithfulness and provision.
As a matter of fact, if our focus is not on God, fear will be the thing that drives us, manipulates us and takes complete control over us.
Sometimes we even try so many things so that we can provide for ourselves, but at the end it will not take away the fear, as it comes out of an independent spirit.
It is in times like these, that we have to remember that Jesus is the Truth, He cannot lie, He is the Provider, He holds our future in His hands and is always in control. He promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us.
He will supply our every need. Therefore we must have faith while going through the wilderness, keeping our eyes focused on God.
God is perfect love and love drives out all fear. (1 John 4:18)
Isaiah 43:19 (NKJV) Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness
and rivers in the desert.
